1. The notified General Regulation establishes the requirements, procedures and conditions by which, in order to optimize the use of resources and improve the coverage, capacity and efficiency of the services provided, SENASA may authorize interested third parties to run one or more activities under SENASA's official programmes.

2. The notified General Regulation also establishes the procedures for the registration, supervision and monitoring of third parties (natural and legal persons authorized by SENASA).
