RTCA No. 067-06/RTCA No. 67.01.31:06: Processed foods and beverages. Procedures for sanitary registration and authorization.

On 3 April 2006, the Government of the Republic of Guatemala notified, in document G/TBT/N/GTM/39, RTCA No. 067-06/RTCA No. 67.01.31:06: "Processed foods and beverages. Procedures for sanitary registration and authorization", the aim of which is to establish procedures for the sanitary registration and authorization of processed foods and beverages.

The Technical Regulation applies to processed foods marketed in the States Parties, which are sold as such to consumers.

It does not apply to non-processed foods, raw materials or food additives.
