The draft act will defer by one year from 1 January 2021 to January 2022 the date of entry into application of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/427 of 13 January 2020 amending Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards certain detailed production rules for organic products.
