This draft Commission Regulation concerns the inclusion of certain substances in the positive lists of Directive 2002/46/EC. The purpose of this draft Regulation is to amend the positive lists of the above-mentioned legislation by adding new vitamin and mineral substances that may be used in the manufacture of food supplements and for which the European Food Safety Authority has given a favourable opinion. The draft Regulation also amends the units of measurement for copper required for labelling purposes.
