This draft Commission Regulation concerns the inclusion of certain substances in Annex III of Regulation (EC) 1925/2006. The purpose of this draft Regulation is to prohibit or place under Union scrutiny the use in food of certain hydroxyanthracene derivatives and botanical extracts containing them following a scientific evaluation by the European Food Safety Authority.
