Draft Commission Regulation amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic products (3 pages + Annex 2 pages, in English)

The draft Commission Regulation aims at prohibiting the use of the substance 2-Chloro-p-Phenylenediamine, its sulphate and dihydrochloride salts, in hair, eyebrow and eyelash dye products, by adding it to the list of prohibited substances in Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009.
