The notified Ecuadorian Technical Regulation establishes the requirements to be met by quick frozen fruits and vegetables, prior to the marketing of domestic and imported products, with the aim of protecting human health and preventing deceptive practices.

It applies to the following products:

3.    Frozen spinach

4.    Frozen leeks

5.    Frozen cauliflowers

6.    Frozen Brussels sprouts

7.    Frozen beans

8.    Frozen corn kernels

9.    Frozen corn-on-the-cob

10.  Frozen carrots

11.  Frozen strawberries

12.  Frozen raspberries

13.  Frozen peaches

14.  Frozen bilberries 

15.  Frozen blueberries
