This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and codes, performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging and other contents of fire nozzles.

This standard applies to the fire nozzles with a working pressure of 0.20mpa ~ 4.0mpa and flow of no more than 16L/s.

This standard does not apply to pulsed pneumatic spray nozzles.
