The notified draft Resolution amends Resolution No. 6.315 of 2013, removing the pest Pseudomonas syringae pv. papulans from the import requirement list, due to its presence in Chile. It also provides that plant material may only enter the country through, and the relevant import procedure may only be carried out at, the SAG Foreign Trade Office at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport in the city of Santiago, Metropolitan Region.
