The notified document amends Resolution No. 2.834 of 2003 by replacing Article 1 on the "Glycine max (soya bean)" species and its entry requirements and additional declarations to be specified in the phytosanitary certificate, to read as follows:
"The consignment has been inspected and is free from Heterodera glycines.
The consignment has undergone a disinfection treatment with any of the following fungicides or combinations thereof, or another suitable product: Benomyl, Benomyl+Thiram, Carbendazim, Tiabendazol.
The consignment has undergone a fumigation treatment against Bruchidius spp., Callosobruchus analis, Callosobruchus chinensis and Callosobruchus maculatus (Col. Bruchidae), in accordance with the specifications established in paragraph 6 of Resolution No. 2.834 of 2003."
