The notified standard specifies the characteristics and test methods for rehabilitation systems in plastic materials for underground non-pressure sewerage and rainwater networks that operate as gravity systems and are subjected to a maximum surcharge pressure of 0.5 bars. It applies to both manufactured pipes and fittings, and installed lined piping systems. It does not apply to existing piping or any non-structural sprayed coating or annular filler. This standard establishes general requirements common to all relevant rehabilitation techniques.
