Integrated Waste

Draft-law of the Council of Ministers on some amendments to Law No. 10463 of 22.09.2011 "For the integrated waste management", as amended.

This draft-law guarantees the protection of the environment and human health from the consequences of using plastic carrying bags, reducing the amount of plastic thrown around in the environment, which will reduce the costs of waste management and minimize the potential adverse environmental and human health impacts.
