Technical Guideline on the implementation of legal measures for telecommunications surveillance and information disclosure (TR TKÜV), Version 9.0

Version 9.0 differs from its predecessor, version 8.4, in that it includes provisions relating to the government’s draft bill on the introduction of IP address retention and the extension of powers for data collection in criminal proceedings in Part B, and further provisions on cooperation with technical investigative measures concerning mobile devices in Part C. In addition, further substantive and editorial amendments have been made in other parts of the TR TKÜV.
