The Consolidated Regulation provides for technical amendments (updates, resolving inconsistencies, correcting omissions, etc.) and policy-neutral amendments to the regulations as mentioned in the title under 5.

Regulation of the Minister/State Secretary for Infrastructure and Water Management of (...) amending the Environment and Planning Regulation, the Soil Quality Regulation and the Soil Remediability Assessment Regulation (Consolidated Soil Regulation 2026 by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management).

The Consolidated Regulation contains amendments to a number of ministerial regulations. These are the Environment and Planning Regulation, the Soil Quality Regulation and the Soil Decontaminability Assessment Regulation. The Consolidated Regulation contains policy amendments of minor importance as well as technical amendments. All of the aforementioned amendments pertain to the protection of the environment and the physical environment, as well as to safeguarding health and safety.

The following amendments relate to the Environment and Planning Regulation and may contain technical regulations that require notification:
- Article I, Part A (Article 7.1c Environment and Planning Regulation);
- Article I, Part D (Article 8.28b Environment and Planning Regulation);
- Article I, Part E (Annex II of the Environment and Planning Regulation).
The amendments relate to articles from the Environment and Planning Regulation. A mutual recognition provision is included in Article 1.3 of the Environment and Planning Regulation
