Used textiles to be delivered as scrap and waste

In response to the volatility of the used textiles market within the waste management sector, a requirement to deliver used textiles intended as scrap and waste to district waste management associations or towns with their own charters is being enshrined in law, in order to ensure their proper disposal in the long term.
