Technical Delivery Conditions for Bitumen Emulsions (TL BE-StB 25)

The ‘Technical Delivery Conditions for Bitumen Emulsions’, 2025 edition (TL BE-StB 25), set out requirements for cationic bitumen emulsions used in road construction. They represent the national implementation of the European standard DIN EN 13808:2013 (‘Bitumen and bituminous binders – Framework for specifying cationic bituminous emulsions’). TL BE-StB 25 applies to the delivery of cationic bitumen emulsions in road construction.

In TL BE-StB 25, grade C50BP4-S has been added producing the bond of layers, as well as bitumen emulsions for producing the asphalt mix using the cold-mix method C60B6-ACBE, C60BP6-ACBE, C60B10-ACBE and C60BP10-ACBE newly added
