This technical prescription sets out the conditions and technical requirements for filling, technical inspection in use or periodic inspection, as appropriate, and repair of cylinders/cylinder frames (batteries) for compressed, liquefied or dissolved gases under pressure, hereinafter referred to as ‘cylinders’.
