Phosphatic fertilisers

Draft Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry amending Section 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Decree on fertiliser products and temporarily amending Annex 1

Supplements the Fertilisers Act 711/2022 and amends Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Decree 964/2023 on fertiliser products. The draft Decree proposes to amend Section 3 and Annex 1 of the Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry on Fertilising Products so that the cadmium limit value for inorganic phosphorus fertilisers is set at 100 mg/kg phosphorus for a limited period of time. Fertilisers acquired during the derogation period may continue to be used after the expiry of the derogation.
