Draft ANJ decision amending the technical requirements for making data available, pursuant to Articles 31 and 38 of the Law of 12 May 2010

This draft decision introduces six amendments to the technical requirements for approved operators:

- a requirement has been added whereby movements of funds in a player account must be explicitly declared, in order to better trace the funds held in reserve by a player;
- the header for poker tournament events has been corrected, as it did not previously reflect reality;
- in order to comply with the Decree, the ‘email’ field in events relating to the player account is no longer mandatory;
- clarification has been added regarding the ‘First name’ field, which may be left blank if the user does not have one, while the date of birth will be set to 31 December if the holder does not have a specific date;
- the name of the holder of a payment account has been added for verification purposes
