Draft decision by the ANJ on the operational and technical procedures for casinos and gambling clubs to access the database of players excluded from gambling

This draft decision introduces two developments regarding the consultation by casinos and gambling clubs of the database of players excluded from gambling:

- a main functional development due to the disappearance of the mention of the country of birth on the new French national identity card that renders obsolete the use of the INSEE reference of French regions and municipalities, which were used in the database of players excluded from gambling. From now on, in the elements of the answer to the query during a hit, the municipality, without use of a reference, will be supplemented by two other fields, the 2nd and 3rd given names.
- Secondly, an evolution of the technology for querying the database of players excluded from gambling, which is based on an API.
