Draft decision of the ANJ concerning an amendment to the technical requirements relating to querying the database of players excluded from gambling, pursuant to Article L320-9 of the Internal Security Code

This draft decision introduces two developments compared to the previous version of the technical requirements for approved operators:

- a main functional development due to the disappearance of the mention of the country of birth on the new French national identity card which makes obsolete the use of the INSEE reference of French regions and municipalities, which were used as elements of response provided to operators in the case of a hit on the database of players excluded from gambling. The municipality, without the use of a reference system, is supplemented by two other fields, the 2nd and 3rd given names.
- Secondly, an evolution of the technology for querying the database of players excluded from gambling, from a solution based on DNS to an API.
