Draft Decree regulating the technical and health requirements of Aesthetic Medicine healthcare centres and services in the Region of Murcia.

The draft regulation aims to establish specific regulations governing health requirements, functional and organisational conditions, as well as the minimum structure, facilities and equipment that, depending on the portfolio and healthcare services offered, must be met by Aesthetic Medicine healthcare centres or services located in the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.

Aesthetic Medicine centres or services are considered to be those healthcare centres or services that offer Aesthetic Medicine (U.48), in which a doctor is responsible for performing non-surgical treatments for the purpose of improving facial or body aesthetics, in accordance with the definition contained in Annex II of Royal Decree 1277/2003, of 10 October, which establishes the general bases for the authorisation of healthcare centres, services and establishments, and which are located in the Region of Murcia
