Non-commercial air operations with light aircraft and helicopters

Regulations amending the Swedish Transport Agency’s regulations and general advice (TSFS 2021:103) on non-commercial operations with certain aeroplanes and certain helicopters;

The regulations extend the scope of the Transport Agency's regulations and general guidelines (TSFS 2021:103) on non-commercial operations with certain aeroplanes and certain helicopters to also include centre of gravity-controlled aeroplanes covered by point 1(e) and gyroplanes covered by point 1(f) of Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This means that such aircraft will be subject to the rules contained in TSFS 2021:103, including rules related to safety requirements for equipment and instruments.
