Draft decision on the licensing, authorisation and notification procedure for audiovisual media services

The draft decision on the licensing, authorisation and notification procedure for audiovisual media services envisages the unification of the provisions of three normative acts of the National Audiovisual Council (CNA Decision No 320/2012; CNA Decision No 277/2013; CNA Decision No 304/2015) and the adoption of a new audiovisual legislative framework covering the licensing, authorisation and notification procedure for audiovisual media services, in accordance with the provisions of Audiovisual Law No 504/2002, as amended and supplemented.

Thus, the draft decision concerns services that are broadcast via electronic communications networks and contains provisions relating to the notification and endorsement procedure for the provision of on-demand audiovisual media services and the notification procedure for on-demand audiovisual media services broadcast through a video-sharing platform.
