Order on the format of the data file sent by gambling companies with monetisable digital objects to the National Gambling Authority

The draft order is adopted pursuant to Article 27 of Decree No 2026-60 of 4 February 2026 on the experimenting of games with monetisable digital objects.

According to the provisions of Article 24 of the same Decree, companies offering games with monetisable digital objects must provide the National Gambling Authority with a list of data relating to players, gambling events and associated financial transactions so that the Authority can perform its regulatory duties.
In this context, in accordance with Article 27 of this Decree, the draft order defines the format of the data file transmitted by companies offering games with monetisable digital objects, which in this case is CSV format
