Digestate produced from fermentation residue waste

Amendment by the Minister of Infrastructure to Regulation No. 12 of the Minister for the Environment of 10 May 2016 on “Requirements for biogas fermentation residues (digestate) generated from biodegradable waste”

The following Regulation is to be amended:

Amendment to Regulation No. 12 of the Minister for the Environment of 10 May 2016 on “Requirements on digestate (fermentation residues) generated from biodegradable waste during production of biogas”

The regulation amends the requirements relating to the production of fermentation residues (sampling frequency for certification; conditions for checks carried out as part of annual monitoring; possibility of suspending certification; updating of lists of input materials, safety and quality indicators).
