The Decree provides for technical amendments and policy-neutral amendments to regulations related to the Environment and Planning Act with regard to soil and water aspects, such as rules on digging in soil, discharge rules for substrate cultivation and suchlike.

Decree of (…) amending the Environmental Activities Decree, the Environmental Quality Decree, the Environment and Planning Decree, the Decree implementing the Environment and Planning Act, the Soil Quality Decree and the Drinking Water Decree (Consolidated Environmental Decree under the Environment and Planning Act (Infrastructure and Water Management))

The Consolidated Decree contains amendments to a number of orders in council. The decrees in question are the Environmental Activities Decree, the Environmental Quality Decree, the Environment and Planning Decree, the Decree implementing the Environment and Planning Act, the Soil Quality Decree and the Drinking Water Decree. The Consolidated Decree contains policy amendments of minor importance as well as technical amendments. All of the aforementioned amendments pertain to the protection of the environment and the physical environment, as well as to safeguarding health and safety.
The following amendments relate to the Environmental Activities Decree and may contain technical regulations that require notification.
- Article I, Sections Q and W (Articles 4.791f and 4.791m of the Environmental Activities Decree)
- Article I, Sections AC, AF, AG, AH, AI, AJ and AI (Articles 4.918, 4.920, 4.921, 4.924a, 4.930, 4.934, 4.934a and 4.941c of the Environmental Activities Decree).
- Article I, Sections AP and AS (Articles 4.976a to 4.976d inclusive and 4.997 of the Environmental Activities Decree)
The amendments relate to articles from the Environmental Activities Decree. A mutual recognition provision is included in Article 1.3 of the Environmental Activities Decree.
