Product specification for trappista cheese in the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme
The notified draft replaces the product specification of the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme for trappista cheese, previously notified under No 2021/495/HU. Under the heading “Optional elements” in the Specific Certification Requirements, more precisely under sub-heading “II. Sustainability”, new points have been formulated for sustainability, significantly expanding the range of optional elements. In addition, the product specification has been supplemented with requirements concerning the limit value for milk protein content.
