This Order establishes the criteria for granting End-of-Waste Status (EoW) to fertilising materials which comply with the specifications laid down in Ministerial Order No 79/2022 and Regulation (EU) No 142/2011. The Order:

- Establishes the quality requirements for the digestate or compost resulting from the recovery operation.
- Specifies the materials that may be used in the anaerobic digestion and composting operation.
- Defines the requirements of organic recovery processes and techniques.
- Presents a model Declaration of Conformity that must accompany any consignment of declassified material.
- Specifies the main elements that must be included in the management system.
