Model Ordinance on the Inspection of Technical Installations under Building Regulations – MPrüfVO – (Model Inspection Ordinance) – as of 21/10/2025 –

The notified legislation applies to the inspection of the technical installations listed in Section 2 of the notified regulation in special structures as defined in Section 1 of the notified regulation, in particular if these technical installations are required by building regulations, or insofar as they are subject to building regulations with regard to fire protection. The notified regulation specifies the installations subject to inspection and defines the obligations of the building owner or operator in connection with the inspection.
