Wine Act

The draft law covers all key aspects of grape and wine production, regulates the wine register, the register of receipts and issues, regulates traditional terms, aromatised wine products, the wine evaluation procedure, the appointment of authorized organizations and laboratories for the wine sector, organoleptic evaluation of wine, labelling, isotopic analysis, wine trade, unfair business practices, and control and criminal provisions.
