Finnland Frequencies from equipment groups such as aeronautical and maritime radio transmitters, mobile networks, telecommand equipment, amateur radio equipment, radio links, satellite earth stations, closed network equipment (PMR and UWB equipment and radio and TV transmitters)
The Finnish Transport and Communications Agency’s draft Radio Frequency Regulation 4 AG/2026M and associated Radio Frequency Plan (Frequency Allocation Table) for radio frequencies between 100 Hz and 400 GHz, which also includes radio interface specifications.
The draft Radio Frequency Regulation 4 AG/2026M and the associated Radio Frequency Plan (Frequency Allocation Table) mainly include such definitions related to the efficient planning and control of the use of radio frequencies that have not been included in the previously notified type-inspection requirements and that have mainly been replaced by harmonised standards. It therefore also includes radio interface specifications.
The upcoming Regulation 4 AG/2026M and the Radio Frequency Plan will be published on the website of the Finnish Transport and Communications Agency Traficom. The Radio Frequency Plan is maintained in a database that is updated approximately once a year.
The Frequency Plan includes a list of changes made to the previously reported version. In addition to the Frequency Allocation Table, the notification document includes annexes that explain the content of the table: definitions, abbreviations, inductive devices and UWB radio interfaces that are difficult to fit into the actual table structure, references to standards (informative only) and maritime HF channel tables.
