Draft Decree amending Decree No 152/2009 of 12 November of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the mandatory requirements of the Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus with regard to its regulation on pickles

The draft Decree amending Decree No 152/2009 of 12 November of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the mandatory requirements of the Codex Alimentarius Hungaricus updates the Hungarian Food Code with a new regulation on pickles. The aim of the national regulation is to provide consumers with adequate information on the quality of pickles and to clarify what product, in terms of nature and quality, the name of these foodstuffs refers to.
