The Draft Regulations applies to all operators engaged in nuclear activities or related activities under the Nuclear Activities Act (1984:3). The Draft includes requirements concerning any organisation, reporting and accounting that apply to these activities. In addition, the proposal clarifies the right of international inspectors to access the activities.
