Product specification for live fish and fresh and prepared fishery products under the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme

The product specification of the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme for live fish and fresh and prepared fishery products previously notified under No 2022/842/HU is replaced by the notified draft. Under the heading “Optional elements” in the Specific Certification Requirements, more precisely under sub-heading “II. Sustainability”, new points have been formulated for sustainability, significantly expanding the range of optional elements.
