Product specification for dried pasta under the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme

The notified draft replaces the product specification for dried pasta of the High Quality Food (KMÉ) national quality scheme previously notified under No 2022/366/HU. Under the heading “Optional elements” in the Specific Certification Requirements, more precisely under sub-heading “II. Sustainability”, new points have been formulated for sustainability, significantly expanding the range of optional elements. In addition, the criteria for non-organic crop production have been specified in more detail in the technology-related requirements.
