Draft decree regulating artisanal food production.

The purpose of this decree is to regulate artisanal food production, specifically:

a) The system for recognising artisanal food businesses.
b) The operating procedure of the Register of Food Businesses.
c) The certification of artisanal food production by means of the artisanal food label, hereinafter referred to as the
"artisan label", which will identify artisanal food products on their labelling, presentation and advertising, and the
"artisanal food business certificate" that certifies the status of an artisanal food business.
