Draft Law on the Digitisation of the Execution of Real Estate Contracts, the Judicial Approval of Notarial Transactions and Notaries´ Tax Reports

The Draft Law proposes amendments to existing legislation provisions with the aim of comprehensively digitising the exchange of documents and information between notaries, courts, administrative bodies and tax offices in connection with the execution of a real estate contract, the judicial approval of a notarial transaction or the fulfilment of tax reporting obligations. Communication will take place using PDF files and structured data sets.
