Other goods harmful to minors, in particular water pipes (shishas), e-shishas, electronic cigarettes, nicotine pouches, vaporisers and the tobacco, molasses mixtures, herbal smoke products, liquids for combustion or evaporation and the like used therein, may not be made available to children and young people.

Children and young people may not acquire, possess or consume other goods endangering minors, in particular water pipes (shishas), e-shishas, electronic cigarettes, nicotine pouches, vaporisers and the tobacco, molasses mixtures, herbal smoke products, liquids for combustion or evaporation and the like used therein.
