The purpose of this draft is to amend the 2015 ELGA Regulation.

The aim of the project is the operationalisation of a technical standard (CDA) for ELGA.
It mainly covers the following measures:
- Regulation of updated version of a previously specified implementation guideline
- Regulation of a new implementation guideline
