Marking a product—or its packaging if it is packaged—with a flag of the manufacturer’s country if it has been manufactured in the Russian Federation.

Parliamentary draft Act amending the Entrepreneurs Act in connection with the Russian aggression against Ukraine.

In accordance with the draft amendment to Entrepreneurs Act of 6 March 2018 (Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw] 2021, item 162), it is proposed that:

— an entrepreneur placing goods on the market on the territory of the Republic of Poland additionally mark the good—or its packaging in case it is packaged—with an image of the flag of the Russian Federation in a way that is clearly visible to the consumer, if the manufacturer of the good is established in the Russian Federation;
— the Minister responsible for economic affairs lays down, by means of a regulation, the detailed rules for the marking of the above-mentioned goods.
