The purpose of this Technical Specification is to define the requirements for the installation of reference benchmarks for surface deformation topographic surveys at selected project locations (subsidence controls, S points), for the monitoring and evaluation of the geotechnical behaviour of structures, as well as for performing the relevant measurements.
