The purpose of this Technical Specification is to define the requirements for fixed or mobile signs with changeable indication of a continuous or discontinuous operating system. They shall be installed on already constructed suspension or support items in vehicle traffic areas, including tunnels, for traffic information, guidance, warning and/or direction.
