C60A – Labelling

Draft Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development amending the Regulation on the labelling of particular types of foodstuffs.

The proposed regulation repeals the provisions relating to the labelling of fermented wine drinks which are currently contained in §§ 4-9 of the Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development of 23 December 2014 on the labelling of particular types of foodstuffs (Journal of Laws 2015, item 29, as amended).

The provisions concerning the labelling of fermented wine drinks will be governed by the Regulation implementing the Act of 2 December 2021 on wine products (Journal of Laws 2022, item 24). These provisions will clarify the rules governing the labelling of fermented wine beverages, as previously laid down in §§ 4-9 of the Regulation of 23 December 2014 on the labelling of particular types of foodstuffs, and will be expanded on the basis of the provisions laid down in the Wine Products Act. The draft regulation therefore repeals the provisions of the Regulation on the labelling of particular types of foodstuffs as regards the labelling of fermented wine drinks.
