Draft Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development on methods of analysis of fermented wine drinks carried out as part of the supervision of the commercial quality of these beverages.

The proposed regulations define the methods of analysis of fermented wine drinks carried out as part of the

supervision of the commercial quality of these beverages. The draft provides a description of the methods for
determining:
—density at 20 °C,
— alcohol content by volume,
— total extract content,
— reducing sugar content and reducing sugar content after inversion,
— ash content,
— total acidity,
— volatile acidity.
