Gambling for money — land-based and on-line

The Swedish Gambling Authority’s provisions and general recommendations on technical requirements and accreditation of bodies responsible for checking, testing and certifying gambling activities

Provisions apply to those who apply to be accredited to carry out the inspection, testing and certification of gambling activities and to those who apply for a licence to conduct gambling activities as well as to those who are licensed according to the Gambling Act (2018:1138). The regulations contain the technical requirements that a gambling activity needs to meet in order to provide gaming in Sweden.
