This RVS shall be used for the manufacture, delivery, assembly and repair of concrete and reinforced concrete vehicle restraint systems (FRS) and their components made of steel permanently used on public roads. These include all components of concrete, reinforced concrete or steel used in impact dampers and in initial, final and transitional constructions.
