These rules lay down the conditions for the use of the radio spectrum and technical parameters for the operation of electronic communications networks by a stationary radio service.

Rules on the use of the radio frequency spectrum for electronic communication networks by stationary radio services subject to authorisation

The draft Rules provide the necessary conditions and technical parameters for the use of radio frequency spectrum for electronic communications networks by a stationary radio service of the “point-to-point” type.
The document also includes information on the usage regime of the frequency resource (after authorisation to use spectrum), the frequency bands, the permissible frequency allocations as well as the technical network parameters as well as the applicable technical standards that ensure compliance of radio equipment with the essential requirements set out in Directive 2014/53/EU.
