The Decree of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on warning marking for retail packaging of tobacco and related products would be amended to lay down the technical details of the harmonisation of the products covered by the Tobacco Act and their retail packaging. The draft government proposal proposing harmonisation has been notified by notification 2021/0248/FIN.
