Natural mineral waters

Draft Decree of the Minister of Agriculture amending Ministerial Joint Decree No 65/2004 of 27 April (FVM-ESZCSM-GKM) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Ministry of Health, Social and Family Affairs and the Ministry of Economy and Transport on the rules of bottling and marketing of natural mineral water, spring water, drinking water, drinking waters with enriched mineral content and flavoured water

The Decree lays down the conditions for the use of the designation ‘suitable for the preparation of infant food’ on the packaging of natural mineral waters. The Hungarian legislation provides a clear legal framework for these products for the manufacturers, inspection authorities and consumers as well.
